Ultimate Noindex Nofollow – nofollow links?

    (new to wordpress) I have just installed this plugin. It looks like it allows you to have search engines noindex and nofollow pages (great)

    Is there a way to nofollow out going links? I am posting other people’s articles, some very good, and I don’t mind people clicking on their links. but I don’t want to lose google juice/pagerank by having the outgoing links.

    Is there a way to do it – either with this plugin or some other way?
