Ultimate Player does not work in preview mode

  • I am testing the plugin for first time. Install setup and first use works very easily. But unfortunately the video does not work in preview mode. Is this a common issue?

    Could you please share the link where you have added the video? I checked this post and couldn’t find any Presto Player video.

    In the meantime, you might want to try disabling other plugins temporarily. Sometimes, conflicts between plugins can cause unexpected behaviour. Temporarily deactivate all your plugins except Presto Player and see if the issue goes away.
