Ultimate seo plugin 404 errors

I have ultimate seo plugin installed my website and I getting 404 error record with /null at end of url example
https://gbpcentral.com/blog/how-to-add-a-second-menu-to-the-wordpress-twenty-ten-theme/null
and referrer the url with out /null
does anyone know why I getting this and how to make change so that I do not get themThis happens with other urls as well even my home url.
