This page glitches out when USM is enable, even though the icons are turned off for mobile. It only glitches in portrait mode, not landscape. Can’t scroll all the way to the bottom.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Thank you for reaching out!

For us it works fine, please see https://www.screencast.com/t/R8nXUoo6Cl

Could you please clear cache? By that, I mean the browser cache, see https://www.solutionbay.com/solutions/dont-know-how-to-clear-the-cache-1

I’ve cleared cache – and I notice on your video that it doesn’t go all the way to the bottom – that’s where it glitches out. There’s more below what your video shows but I can’t get all the way down there before the screen glitches and bounces back up. If I turn the phone horizontally, it works. And it works on desktop. But no go on vertical mobile. Users should be able to access the button all the way at the bottom of the page.

On what device and browser are you experiencing the issue?

Strange that it works on yours. I’m using Chrome on Android and also InBrowser on Android.

Did you try testing your website with a different mobile device?

On a Windows mobile phone it works fine. On another LG G5 running Chrome on Android, same problem. Can’t get all the way to the bottom button…

We tried to reproduce it on our end but couldn’t see the same issue.

This indicates that our plugin is in conflict with your website or with another plugin which you have installed.

We suggest reaching out to your theme creator or ask somebody with coding knowledge to help you.
