    I’m new; I’ve searched, but I can’t find the answer.

    I downloaded several Google-related plug-ins, but when I attempted my first post, I get an error saying I need to download and activate Ultimate Tag Warrior. I cannot find where to download it; I’ve looked and looked in the plug-in repository and haven’t found it. (It may be there — I just didn’t find it.)

    And, in trying to find a download, I read a post somewhere saying that it wasn’t compatible with new versions of WordPress.

    I have the latest version available as of this writing. Now, do I need to deactivate the associated Google plug-ins, OR is there a newer version of UTW and if so, where can I download it?

    Thanks for any help you can give me.

    UTW works fine with wp 2.2.x

    its 2.3.x that doesnt play nice with it.

    Actually I have, whooami. I’ve been to that page and clicked on many links and have not yet found where I might download the latest version of Ultimate Tag Warrior.

    I don’t want to presume on your time, but if you know which one of these sites actually has a link to a download page, I’d sure appreciate being led their. I’ve spent about two hours following links from this Google search results page, with no luck.

    Thanks, though, for your quick response. I’m in a holding pattern here.

    The downloads are right on that page right after youve clicked through from google.

    Ultimate Tag Warrior is a multi-headed hydra of a plugin. It allows you to add tags either through the Write Post page in wordpress in a tag box, on posts using an AJAXy box, and in posts using special syntax from external editors (or internally, if you’d like). From the write post page, you can also get suggestions for tags using the Yahoo! keyword suggestion service.Once you’ve got your tags entered; you enter a realm of interesting ways of doing things with your tags. At the complicated end, AJAXy search is included with the download (it may need some customisation to match your theme). At the simpler end, you can automagically have tags included at the top and bottom of your posts without making changes to themes.

    Okay, I’m back. I did find one I hadn’t found before and it does have a download section and I did download it and will promplty upload it and see what happens.

    Whooami, thanks for your response. I really had been to that website before and read a LOT of teeny-tiny type about the product, its history, versions, etc. But I didn’t find that download page until I followed your link. You have been supremely patient and kind. Thank you!
