Ultimate Tiny MCE is the Ultimate!

  • If you are a great “writer”, but a “not so great” WordPress “code person”, then Ultimate TinyMCE is for you. This plug-in is the best, most useful plug-in I have added to my site yet. It is basically an “enhanced” text editor, but using the word “enhanced” is an understatement! Josh Lob has incorporated every possible option into this great plug-in. In fact, with each and every upgrade, he continues to add more and more useful options to this already great plug-in.

    I have given it 5 stars (one of the only 5-star reviews I have ever given) because it truly deserves it. The plug-in is constantly being upgraded with great new add-ons. Plus, although they offer a “pro” version which I will gladly buy once I can afford it, the free version is full of useful formatting tools and does not leave you “needing” to buy the pro version, unlike some other plug-ins which merely entice you to try the free version knowing full well you MUST by the “paid” version for the plug-in to be useful. This is definitely NOT the case here.

    Summarized, this is a great plug-in from a great writer and I highly recommend it. Oh, and did I mention the support is great too!

    That is a truly genuine comment… one I feel is highly deserved (sensing the author of the comment has no hesitation speaking their mind ??

    I will certainly be sure to use it, per your permission, when I get my testimonials page together.

    Lastly, I just figured out how to give the plugin a “users” option, which will allow each user to customize the plugin how they like. I’m still working on the details.. but I know it can be done. It’s just a matter of putting in the time ??

My “shoot from the hip” demeanor does not always have the same effect on everyone that receives a review from me!;) So please, feel free to spread the word!     Reviews are meant to be helpful and that’s exactly why I took the time to review your plug-in. WordPress users, whether on the professional level or just “bloggers” wishing to get their point across, know that plug-ins are “the” single most important factor in WordPress, second only to the core software itself. Without them, “technologically challenged” writers, like myself, would be lost…(or buried in a pile of books that none of us really wants to understand!);)

    Consequently, when I run across a plug-in like “Ultimate TinyMCE”, that is well written, constantly updated, and expertly supported, my fellow WordPress users and writers “need” to know about it.

    Thank you for the great plug-in and keep up the great work. I think the “users” option is an awesome idea. (I am one of those writers who uses everything I can get my hands on, however, some of my co-writers…not so much. So, I am sure they will love the fact that their editor does not need to be as “crowded” as mine! LOL) I will be purchasing your “pro” version next month when the budget becomes available and I’m looking forward to it!
