Ultimate TinyMCE doesn’t work, and only show me the html in one line, and on the top right corner, there are no the two tags “visual” and “text”,
would you please tell me how can I adjust it?
Look forward to your early reply.

And three weeks ago, Ultimate TinyMCE works well, and in this three weeks, I don’t add any plugins, and do any settings, today I am going to add a new page, then it does not work.

    Ok, look, let’s do this:
    1. Create a draft test post on your WP install showing what the problem is (don’t hit publish, just save as draft);
    2. Create a temp admin user and send us the login details through our contact form.
That way, we’lll be able to log in and see the test post without it going public.
    Thanks!

No thank you. I’m not taking that time. I have a business to run and content to produce.

I’m not a coder and I’m not letting strangers behind security. I expect plugins to work and so do other users of tiny mce. I don’t like being used as a beta tester.

I can’t take all day to fix your problem.

I’m sorry but I don’t have hours to deal with this or time for a friendly little chat over it.

You have hurt my business badly twice now. I take this seriously and wish your people would show more care.

    cheers

    Ken,

C’mon now. You are using free software with free support. We are trying everything we can to help reconcile this issue.

I understand if you don’t want to create a user for us to test… but there is no reason to insult us.

We do care…. but we can’t “snap our fingers” and fix it. You have to HELP us to HELP you.

I sincerely apologize that we couldn’t help you. I do hope you have better success with a different plugin.

Perhaps this isn’t our problem? Have you tried deactivating all of your other plugins to see if your problem persists?

Probably not because you don’t want to lose readers.

Well.. this is the first… and most important step… with diagnosing an issue. Ask any experienced WP user, and they will tell you the same.

Perhaps you could set up a test site to replicate the issue and grant us access there?

I can’t replicate your issue… and no one else seems to be experiencing anything with the hr button.

    Just my $0.02

    Ken,

Given the tone of your last reply, which is incredibly disrespectful, I won’t be replying to you anymore.
    Good luck with your site.

    M:

I think you’re getting pretty high and mighty.

You’ve caused thousands of people trouble with their websites.

I don’t think you’re in a position to lecture on deportment.

Your sense of entitlement and your lack of understanding of the damage you have caused is astounding.

I think you better take a good look in the mirror, stop being patronizing and think hard about the damage you’ve caused with your plugin.

And don’t mark this thread resolved as you have with others on your own.

    It’s not.

People have placed trust in you and you have let them down and all the free advice doesn’t change that damage.

You lose a reader and they’re very difficult to get back. They pay the bills and all your well-meaning talk does not get them back.

Respect is also very hard to get back. You can’t even say you’re sorry.

    cheers

    Hi Ken,

We do not consider ourselves high and mighty by any means.

We simply try to correct any problem our users encounter.

The old saying goes… “You can please all people some of the time… some people all of the time… but never all the people all the time”.

We are sorry you see yourself as one of these people we cannot please.

We do wish you the best with your website!

Oh.. we did not mark this as resolved… the original poster did when we addressed their issue.

    j

    you still don’t get it.

you marked my other threads resolved

I think now I know with whom I’m dealing

    cheers

Then quit dealing with me!! I certainly don’t need the aggravation!

I tried to be nice, respectful, and helpful. I’m done.

I am marking this closed. Useless banter.
