Josh, I am not sure if this a strategic or a circumstantial move but consider this, I happen to use UTM a lot and I have an accounting website. Now I cant use,

    1. I can’t give colors to Tables with WP-Edit.
    2. I cant put border colors.
    3. Text color option doesn’t give me custom color options (only preset).
    4. The size of the text can’t be resized to 16px (Not sure if this Plugin or Wp3.9)

All of these in just 5 minutes of WP-Edit use which makes me look for something like UTM now… I know u listen to people and hence you would take this as a feedback or WP-Edit will die before its hatched.

    GoodLuck

Well, as you can see, there were many updates to the tinymce editor used by wordpress.

Item number 4 I will be addressing.. and adding those font values back into the editor.

I will also look into number 3.

I’m not too sure what I can do about 1 and 2.. but I’ll certainly take a look.

Josh, I don’t know why but I like your attitude towards issues. You serve people you don’t Sell.

Hope you work on the issues soon, I will look forward to them.

It is the one who can take criticism positively not ride on his/her emotions and ultimately deliver in the “long run” is the Winner.

God Bless you man, I wish some BIG corporations can learn from how to address your customers/clients (Happy or SAD) !!

Just one question if you can please answer, If I happen to remove UTM and not use WP Edit for a while would I keep my existing tables and their border colors etc intact?

    Regards

Wow – what kind, supportive, and awesome words to hear! Especially after the day I’ve been having ??

Anything inserted by Ultimate Tinymce that was inserted directly into the content editor (via inline styles) will remain.

Anything that was inserted via a shortcode… will break when Ultimate Tinymce is deactivated. I was careful here, and tried to have WP Edit “pick up” these shortcodes (using the same function registration names), so they will re-appear when WP Edit is activated.

Tables and border colors should remain unaffected if deactivated. SHOULD… ??
