UltraBox freezes site

    Hi,

    I’ve just purchased Gmedia and created a new gallery with the UltraBox module. The hover effect works but the page freezes when you click on a thumbnail to open a lightbox. No lightbox appears and the whole site becomes unresponsive. I have deactivated all the gallery plugins I was testing thinking it might be a conflict with one of those but that hasn’t worked. I’ve tried 3 browsers but the problem persists.

    The gallery preview for UltraBox doesn’t work either. It displays the same issue.

    The site is v5.3.2 and is using the WP Twenty Twenty theme.

    I hope this can be resolved.
