    Hello, I need help with UM plugin.
    Into “Link to the page you need help with:” I add link about page with issue to fix: how You can see in this page there is nothing (when in other pages like this one – for example https://www.expositio.it/user/annamaria-bellutti/ – there are all the artworks about that artist); every artist page should have all the artworks about that artist (every artwork is uploading like a product).
    If You navigate into this page:
    https://www.expositio.it/artisti/
    You could see all the artists into website and, clicking on everyone of them, You will be redirected to the page relating to that artist; on this page there should be all the artist’s works on display but, as You can see, in some pages they are present while in others they are not …
    I do not understand how it is possible that some pages are ok and others are not, when the procedure for viewing is the same for all the artworks of the artists.
    Is there someone that could help me please?
    I can share a temporary login without password to check the problem and fix it.

    Hello Champ Camba, I’ll explain to You with 2 examples:
    1) this is a right artworks display page: https://www.expositio.it/user/britta-cianferoni/ (all artworks under “Ultime Opere” about this user are displaying)
    2) this is a wrong artworks display page: https://www.expositio.it/user/elvira-canni/ (all artworks under “Ultime Opere” about this user are NOT displaying)
    Process about displaying artworks are the same for every User but with Elvira Cannì is not working and I don’t understand why.

    Do you have a custom code to display the artworks to a profile? Please share it here so we can review them.

    I use [wpuf_dashboard post_type=”product”] shortcode to display them … and works for every User instead Elvira Cannì.

    Do you have any other customization with PHP added to your site? Because we are not sure if that shortcode is compatible with UM. What’s the plugin that you use with that shortcode?

    Plugin to use with this shortcode is WP User Frontend and I don’t have any other customization with PHP code; what I can’t understand is why for every user all is ok instead one of these, page are the same for everyone.

    Hi @webmaxter80

    Could you please ask the WP User Frontend developer if they have made the shortcode compatible with UM? Because in your shortcode, there’s no attribute that should be used to show the artwork by user_id or display_name. So we are not sure why it shows its own artworks for other user profiles.

    Hello, this is the answer for Your question:
    “There is no official integration with the Ultimate member plugin. But Ultimate member plugin has an addon for the WPUF to integrate which is very old and has not been tested with last more than 3 major WordPress updates. So I can not confirm if that addon will work properly or not. Since that addon or Ultimate member is not our product so I can not inform you further on this.
    WPUF has Paid membership pro module for integration. If you are looking for an alternative then this might help you.”
    So I don’t know why it shows artworks for all other user profiles instead Elvira Cannì, I can’t find any custom code to do this.
