UM Forms Formatting

    When modifying the ultimate member form – I have entered instructions for the user when editing their profile in content editor field. All formatting that I see in the WYSIWG editor gets removed when the form is saved. Can someone please tell me how to save the formatting I enter?

    Hi @scouthfx,

    Do you have any caching plugins installed or server side caching active on your server?
    This issue can be also caused by the Cloudflare cache.

    There is no cache running on website, and Cloudfare cache has been disabled.

    I am not sure if I was clear in my issue

    Under Edit Filed (User Role) I have entered custom text instructions for the user when editing their membership. When I format the content using the content editor so that it will appear correctly on the website, it appears as I format it until I click on update. Once I click on update it becomes standard text blob with no formatting.
