UM Forms mobile not sendable

  • The forms display well and work fine on desktops, but issues arise on (some) mobile devices:
    As soon as all fields are filled out, you can click the send button. The system greys out the button after the click but nothing else happens (like reloading the page or a failure-message).

    The weird thing is that this mistake in the most cases does occur both on iOs or Android and within different browsers. BUT: The Firefox app in Android seems to work so far.
    This is where my confusion starts to kick in.

    I was wondering what I could do, to fix the issue or to come closer to its solution.

    Could you please tell us what version of UM you’re using? Does this issue occur with a default WP theme such as 2020 and 2021?

    Hey @champsupertramp,
    thank you for your response!

    We are using the UM-version 2.1.20 within WP 5.5.5.
    Sadly we cannot (yet) test whether the issue occurs within a WP theme such as 2020 and 2021 – The whole system is not available as soon as you try to update WP and if you want to change the theme.
    We are trying to fix this overarching issue.
