UM Members Page Redirects Incorrectly

  • I am evaluating Ultimate Member for purchase (version 1.3.51). For some reason the Members page redirects incorrectly. It keeps redirecting to my website’s home page. If I change the UM Members page (Admin panel >> Ultimate Member >> Settings >> Setup) to any page but Members, then going to mysite.com/members takes me to the UM members page, but not the new page I’ve redirected to. Any help here would be great. This is baffling. I’ve not done any customizing to the plugin. I’m just trying to get it’s basic features to work right now.

    Quick update, I went through and deactivated all of my plugins, except Ultimate Member. No joy. I then switched from my premium theme to the Twentysixteen WP them. Still no joy. Finally, I deactivated the Ultimate Members plugin, and the Members page now loads without redirecting (no UM content of course). Next, I reactivated only the Ultimate Members plugin. The Members page again redirects to home. So, I am certain that this is a UM issue. Please help.
