UM Missing Page Content

    Greetings! Loving Ultimate Member but with the update to 2.4.0 we’re getting a white page with just the site title, navigation bar and a “1”, but no other content on our site’s Homepage. The Homepage should be “visible to Everyone” (all site visitors, logged in or not); no redirection.

    To see the issue, visit https://psrosegarden.com/. Users reported this in Chrome, Firefox, Opera and Edge.

    – Individual page setting on Homepage, “Content Restriction/Restrict access to this post?” is not checked. Tried checking it and selecting “Everyone”; same blank page result.
    – Individual page setting on About page psrosegarden.com/about “Content Restriction/Restrict access to this post?” is not checked. This page is “visible to Everyone” (all site visitors, logged in or not). We want the Homepage to do the same thing – i.e., be visible to Everyone.
    – UM Restriction Content/Global Site Access: “Site is accessible to Everyone” is checked.
    >> Deactivated/reactivated all plugins; same blank Home page result.
    >> Child Theme; parent Vogue 10.8.8.
    >> WordPress version 6.0.

    Have downloaded previous UM version from plugin page; may rollback to this version if we can’t find a workaround. Sincerely appreciate any suggestions and/or direction. Many thanks for your support, and have a marvelous day!

    Please turn on debug mode (edit wp-config.php file set WP_DEBUG to true ) and see if you have any error messages displayed.

    Thanks for the tip! Here are the errors that display when debug mode is enabled:

    Notice: Undefined index: toast_sta_animations_css in /var/www/vhosts/psrosegarden.com/httpdocs/wp-content/plugins/scroll-triggered-animations/frontend/init.php on line 12

    The plugin generated 192 characters of unexpected output during activation. If you notice “headers already sent” messages, problems with syndication feeds or other issues, try deactivating or removing this plugin.

    Let me know next steps (deactivate/remove Toast plugin, etc.), and thank you!

    Think this could be causing the redirect. Any way to override?

    Hi @starhopper

    Did you try deactivating other plugins and leaving UM as the only active plugin? Let’s see if there’s a conflict plugin issue here.

    Greetings! We’d deactivated/reactivated all plugins previously, but I decided to just uninstall and reinstall them. Seems this was the culprit:
