UM not available after upgrade to 1.2.6

Hello,
I just updated UM from 1.2.5 to 1.2.6
At the end of the procedure a message appeared saying that the old version could not be deleted. Now UM is not visible in the plugin list anymore. Reinstalling is impossible since the destination folder already exists.Any idea?
