UM not displaying proper button layout

  • Hello, I have encountered an issue with UM links and buttons not displaying as my default language. My website is currently active in 2 languages, English as my default, and French as my second language. The plugins I used to translate my website are Polylang and Translate press. I quickly noticed after installing “TranslatePress” that my buttons were no longer in English. When I deactivate TP, UM buttons return to normal. The issue is that I need TranslatePress active for my french site. Below, you will find an example of my issue.

    Notice, how some of the content shown in the screencap is French while the rest is in English. Note, that I am also on the English version of my site.

    I included a screenshot of my settings to show that my buttons are supposed to be displayed in English instead of french.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi @antcrescendo,

    Unfortunately, the current version of the Ultimate member only supports the WPML plugin for multilingual setup. We will see if we extend multilingual support and add compatibility with other plugins.

    Thank you for reaching out and clearing that up for me. Will installing WPML solve all my UM translation issues? If it’s not too much to ask, I would like to know how to add custom fields in my account form? I would need to add 2 custom fields, Organization Name, and Job Title. Please note that I added those custom fields in my Registration Form but I also need them to appear when a user checks there account as well. I would like to add the custom fields in the account form shown in the screenshot below.

    Is there an option to toggle the “view profile” button on and off? For my purpose, I would rather the button does not appear. Please see the example below.

    Hello,

    I would like to know how to translate the personalization message set in the “User role Setting”? When a user decides to register to my site in french, I notice how the notification message still appears in English, when I would like for it to display a french message instead.
