UM plugin disappeared

  • The Ultimate Member – User Profile & Membership Plugin is no longer in my plugins list (All Plugins). I did not deactivate it nor delete it.

    When I try to install the plugin, the installation fails. I get a message: “Installation failed: Destination folder already exists.”

    Hi @bgnagey,

    Do you have a multisite setup?
    Have you added any custom code or changed plugin files?
    Please go to the Dashboard -> Plugins section and check Inactive tab on the top of the page, the plugin may be inactive.

    No, I do not have a multisite setup.

    No, I have not added any custom code nor changed plugin files

    The plugin is not in the “Inactive” area. It does not show up at all.

    Hi @bgnagey,

    What version of the Ultimate member you’ve had installed?
    Can you please login to your server via FTP, go to your site root/wp-content/plugins/ and then find the ultimatemember folder and check if you still have any files there.
    You can try to download Utlimate member.zip and replace current files on your server /ultimatemember folder with the new ones.
    Please backup your site before replacing any files on your server, just in case.
