UM Profile custom selection WPML

Hi, I use WPML since over a month with Ultimate member, everything is translated except the part in the profile where I created custom field to let’s people choice an answer, like “Did you smoke?” and you select “Smoker” / “No smoker” / “Occasional smoker”.

But when we edit the profile in English the answer is show only in English and same in French, the answer will be show only in French if I edit the profile in French. Also they don’t appear in string translation, so I would like to know if it’s normal and we can’t translate that custom field, since that require the customer to select something manually? Even if both of the Profile page, and form are connected together as you can see if you select the language, the page is translated except the answer.
