UM Search Filter

Hi, i have a few problems with search filters. one of the filter field option does not filter the fields of expertise ( Internet&marketing) . it tells, We are sorry. We cannot find any users who match your search criteria.
though there is an expert who has this criteria.
second question is. when I cross the criteria (to have one criteria less) there is the same text:We are sorry. We cannot find any users who match your search criteria.
