Um Tabs going blank

i have had no problems using this plgun but all of a sudden nothing is loading, you can see the created customs tabs in the navbar but when you click them the page does not load, it goes blank, i tried deactivating and reinstalling and i’m still getting blanked pages. I have no issue before until i entered a shortcode to display the um field and label and now none of the tabs are working, can you please please assist
