UM update profile email

    Hi

    My apologies in advance, as I must be missing something obvious. I don’t get an email when a user updates their profile via Ultimate Member; I get one when the account is created in WP, so email is working fine. I’m using the ‘User profile updated’ trigger – do I need something different since it’s being done with UM?

    Ive just noticed that I do get a notification if a user updates their account, if that helps . . .

    Hi Pete, this makes sense. Their account is the WordPress account, the profile is specifically controlled by the Ultimate Member.

    This will require an integration extension which is on our roadmap, but no ETA, unfortunately.

    Thanks for the reply – I had a horrible feeling you were going to say that. I’ll keep a look out for the extension, and meantime ask UM if they have a way to do notifications.

    It’s a shame – yours is an excellent plugin!

    Edit: – just for the record – this is apparently not at present possible from within Ultimate Member.
