• Hi there

I was using free version of ULTIMATE MEMBER for couple of months . Then i deactivated the plugin. After deactivating , my WordPress admin bar is not shown when i am logged in and visiting my site. I activated again and the admin bar is shown. It means with activating the plugin the admin bar is shown and with deactivation it is not.

I am not going to use UM anymore , what is the problem ? how can i fix it ?

    Thank you.

    Hi @nabakhteh,

Ultimate member has the option to show/hide admin bar on the frontend.
You can go to the Ultimate member -> User Roles your user role e.g. admin and turn ON/OFF “Force hiding adminbar in frontend?”.
This can be also caused by another plugin. If this issue occurs even with the deleted plugin it’s not caused by the Ultimate member plugin.
You can try to do conflict test by disabling all plugins and switching to the default theme and see if this issue goes away.

    Regards.

I tried this User Role technique, but it didn’t solve my problem. Deactivating Ultimate Member made my admin bar visible to users again. Some other problem is causing this in my case, but it is definitely tied to an Ultimate Member glitch.
