UM>Settings>Email save not working

    Hi,

    I am trying to set up email verification. I did set it up correctly in User Roles. But when I try to save in UM>Settings>Email I get redirected to ”page not found” and does not save the changed settings. Thus not sending email verification.
    This also occurs when I try to save the other email options that are not enabled by default.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    – WordPress 5.1.1
    – Firefox, Chrome, IE…
    – tried with fresh themes (2016, 2017, 2019) without any plugins and different browsers but the problem persists.

    I just found a fix for this in an older post. Tiredness made me blind.

    All you have to do is contact your hosting and they will fix it.
    Here is their reply to my request concerning this issue:

    ”One of our web application firewall (mod_security) rules caused this. I have now disabled this rule”.

    Ultimate member staff should add this to their FAQ’s so that some of us will not loose many hours for nothing.
