• Una lastima des instalar su plugin por no ofrecer una información clara de como y en que lugar situar el cogido para ver la imagen con zoom.

    No es suficiente decir:
    Usage:
Use a [zoom] shortcode to add a zoomable version of the featured image to your page.

Use [zoom type=loupe] to display a loupe.

Espero que a?ada una documentación más precisa, entonces volveré a confiar en su plugin.

    Please post in English.

If you had posted a support request I might have been able to assist you with your inability to follow the instructions.

The plugin works and it is very simple to use. The instructions are sufficient and should be easy to follow for most people.

Leaving a one-star review for a plugin which works as described simply because you didn’t read the description/instructions, or you were unable to understand them is not cool.

Ok publish in English, no problem.

Dear sir, not all users of wordpress, possess sufficient knowledge to interpret his instructions.

I have read the directions perfectly Instruction and description, in them I see the exact location where colococar code.

    You only says:
Add the [zoom] shortcode to a page, post or custom post-type entry.
Use a [zoom] shortcode to add a zoomable version of the featured image to your page.
Use [zoom loupe type =] to display a loupe.

That is why you should respect my assessment as a user.

It is used like you would use any other shortcode. Shortcodes are a very common WordPress concept and if you do not know how to use them you should have asked the question before leaving a review based on your lack of knowledge and experience. Then I would have had the opportunity to direct you to the relevant page in the codex where shortcodes are explained.

The results achieved by my own mistake to test were:

    – How to enter code is: [zoom] no [zoom] as you point out in your information, the spaces are not required.
    – Do not put the image within the content, the image should be only that which is added to the box on the right as “Featured Image” and can be viewed at: https://www.hori-bai.com/prueba-featured-image/

Lord, no doubt my experience shortcodes, know their concepts because I use WordPress plugins in different; BreezingsForm, Theme my login etc. and please, do not insist on commenting my “lack of knowledge and experience” as you say

If you do not indicate otherwise to me, is this plugin can only be useful with only one image per entry?
If I need to insert more than one image per entry and get your zoom effect, what should I do?

    Thank you very much.

This is not the correct plugin for your intended usage. It was designed to allow the featured image to be displayed on the page with the zoom effect. That is why it is called “featured image zoom”

As you can only have a single featured image on any WordPress page this plugin was clearly not designed to be able to show multiple images on a page.

If you did not understand what a featured image is, you should have asked before leaving a review. The term ‘Featured image’ has a very specific WordPress meaning and the functionality it refers to has been part of WordPress since 2010.

Next time you feel the need to leave a poor plugin review, please read this post before you do: https://pippinsplugins.com/how-to-leave-a-good-bad-review.

This is not a problem with the plugin, but seems to be what we used to call a PEBKAC or RTFM problem when I worked in corporate IT.
