Unable Connect My FTP

  • while im trying to update my wp im getting this error

    “Error: There was an error connecting to the server, Please verify the settings are correct.”

    when i try to install any plugin/upgrade im getting this error

    “Failed to connect to FTP Server localhost:21”

    is there any solution
