    Hi.

I′m unable to connect to PayPal, using a developer account (not owner of PayPal account).

Last week i got this error: “We could not complete the onboarding process. Some features, such as card processing, will not be available. To fix this, please try again.” (tried many times, with a sandbox i got it once working).

Today, after logged in PayPal, when accept and connect in “Allow PayPal connect your account to WooCommerce Developers” page..it says “An error occured” with no more information.

How can i fix this issues?
Many hours lost just to connect the plugin to PayPal is really annoying.

    An extra suggestion:
Using a developer account, in PayPal popup page, i have to do some extra (nonsense) steps to find the correct login page.
    1) Insert email/country page.
    2) Redirects to a new page, if i want a personal or business page. Clicked on Business. Next.
    3) Then redirects to email/country page. Finally here i can find a “Log in” link.
    4) Logins correctly using ID and password.

So a “Already have an account? Log in in 1) step would be great.

    Hi @tagrelos,

Apologies for the trouble with the onboarding.
When you close the popup window of the connection wizard too quickly, then the onboarding could fail. Some things are happening in the background during the last step, so I suggest waiting a few seconds (~5s) before confirming to close the window.

Alternatively, you can also connect manually with API credentials as described in this guide: https://paypal.inpsyde.com/docs/connect-a-paypal-account/

Regarding the login form, that’s not something the plugin can influence much. Usually, PayPal first asks for the email and country (the country selection is not relevant) to check whether or not an account exists for this email. If an account exists, it should display the login form right away. That’s how it works for me at least.

    Kind regards,
    Niklas
