Unable delete a page

Hi,

I am having an issue with a page on my WordPress site that I cannot delete. When I try to delete the page, it goes to the Trash and then a new copy of the page appears in the Published section. I have tried changing the page name, editing the page content, and even deleting the page from the database, but nothing has worked.

I am not sure what is causing this issue, but I would appreciate any help you can provide.
