Unable Install Plugin in wordpress !

i having a problem recently.. i can not install plugin in wordpress..

message i get when install ing contact form 7…

Installing Plugin: Contact Form 7 3.4
Downloading install package from https://downloads.www.ads-software.com/plugin/contact-form-7.3.4.zip…

and then.. it nothing happen..

so i need to go to wordpres extend plugin to download it in my pc and then install it manually instead of just click the install button..

Any idea to solve this???
