Unable ot log in from other devices

  • I am unable to log into my admin page on a new device, I can access it on my desktop and so have checked the username and email details but get a message saying that the password is not correct even though I use the same one.
    If I copy and paste the admin link it just directs me straight to the public website, any ideas, please?

    Ummm, is it maybe security settings? Do you have any type of security plugin set up or something else?

    Are you possibly using autofill, could you try entering your pw manually if so?

    That’s where I’d start and look first.

    I have tried that but still get the same result, just defaults straight to the website.
    Any other ideas?
