Raised the issue on the 2nd of July. Took 3 days to get a response. Keep getting standard cut and paste replies about looking at the problem, trying to find a solution. Thank you for your patience. I have given solutions for a problem that should take 10 minutes to fix. Each email I respond to take days to get a response. The last one it took them 4 days to come back with a cut and paste response. If you dont understand your IT infrastructure don’t use it. Its now been three weeks when this is a 10 minute fix.
