Unable to Access Admin Dashboard

Try manually resetting your plugins (no Dashboard access required). If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.

If that does not resolve the issue, access your server via SFTP or FTP, or a file manager in your hosting account’s control panel (consult your hosting provider’s documentation for specifics on these), navigate to /wp-content/themes/ and rename the directory of your currently active theme. This will force the default theme to activate and hopefully rule-out a theme-specific issue (theme functions can interfere like plugins).

Similar problem. I have no access to the Dashboard or any headers on my website.

I also had this issue after updating my instagram feed plugin… (and upgrade to WP 5.5) on the updates page, so I deactivated the Smash Balloon Instagram Feed plugin, went back to the updates page to see if that fixed the issue… it did. Then reactivated the instagram feed plugin, checked the updates page again. Errors gone.

This comes up on Safari, both on iPad and Mac, as well as on Android with Google. No problems with Firefox or Chrome

The problem still persists after renaming the installed theme, as well as after switching to a new theme (Twenty-twenty)

Furthermore, I deactivated all my plugins and purged all caches, to no avail. There are occasionally a few additional error messages, on top of this one.

Yes it is the balloon instagram plugin. I simply updated it. (I was able to access my dashboard). And the errors where gone.

Easiest solutions is use File Manager or FTP and erase manually the plugin.
