Unable to access dashboard

I’ll post again as the links disappeared:

Hi, I am unable to log in and access my site’s dashboard after attempting to change my home and site urls via phpMyAdmin from:

https://performanceponycentral.com/theconstantpainter/index.html

to my new domain:

https://theconstantpainter.com/

I changed it back again after I found that it had not worked.

Now, apart from no login access, the styling for my shop site has also disappeared after changing back, and the shop and products are no longer accessible:

https://www.performanceponycentral.com/wordpress/shop/

Hope you can point me in the right direction with this as it is becoming a very urgent matter for my fledgling business.

I have tried various fixes from the forum archives but to no avail. Still unable to login to access my dashboard.

This is what I get when I attempt it:
