unable to access dashboard

i’m unable to access the dashboard, but my site is up and running. when i try to log into wordpress/wp-admin it asks for my user name and password, accepts it, then comes up with the error: There doesn’t seem to be a wp-config.php file. I need this before we can get started.

I understand the site would not be running if there was no config.php.

anyone able to help me? Oh. i may have “accidentally” changed the url in wordpress (i just removed the word press bit on both parts). The fix for this is to edit the wp-config.php file, but i am unable to locate it.
