unable to access dashboard from different computer

  • I just switched to www.ads-software.com and had no problem accessing my dashboard from my laptop, BUT I cannot access it on my desktop.

    I go to my web address /wp-admin and login- but then it just takes me to www.ads-software.com’s site. Not my dashboard.

    And when I try the same thing from my laptop, it works fine.
    If I have everything installed shouldn’t I be able to access my dashboard from anywhere?

  • Do you have FTP access to your site’s files? If so, check your .htaccess file to see if there is anything causing links to be sent to www.ads-software.com?

    If it’s not that, try deactivating all plugins. If that helps, then reactivate them one by one to see which one is causing your issue.
