    I want to manually add new licence keys to the plugin. However I am unable to open the plugin’s ‘License keys’ page. The page errors out to HTTP error 500.

    This is the only page that produces this error. Everything else on the website works fine.

    Debug is enabled, but no errors are shown.

    Is it possible that issue is caused due to database size? We have now sold over 10000 keys.

    This is a long lasting problem now and it seems the developer not is planning to do a update soon. It is taking way to much time to get solved.

    Hello @steverhu and @mvsup

    I don’t really know what the issue is with this. I tried to reproduce this on my end, but to no avail…

    Do you have a test/staging server where I could get full access (Admin, FTP, Database) to try and fix it?

    Hello @mvsup @steverhu

    Are you perhaps using a plugin for sequential order numbers? If so, which one?

    @mvsup @steverhu

    I found the problem and I will be fixing it today. There will be an update this evening which will take care of this one thing. Followed by this fix there will be a major plugin update (version 2.3.0) with tons of new features coming. I just need some more time to test everything and make sure it works.

    Thank you for your patience.

    Hello,

    I was having this issue too. However, I saved my permalinks (settings -> permalinks very last save button) and then it started working!
