    Hi there,
I am experiencing problems with my Mailchimp Sign-up Form. Once you have filled in the form and click submit, you immediately get an ‘Unable to access network error’ ERR_NETWORK_ACCESS_DENIED (in Chrome); or a ‘This page can’t be displayed’ (in explorer).

My form is on the following page: https://www.whitegroveholistics.co.uk/newsletter2 (this is just a test page ive set up whilst my normal newsletter page has a ‘maintenance’ note in place of the sign-up form).
I am using WP 4.2.2 and Mailchimp WP Lite Version 2.3.2.

I have been using this form since the beginning of the year with no problems, and have made no changes to it except updating the Mailchimp plugin.

Would be really grateful for your help
    Many thanks and Best wishes

Further to the above, it appears that you re-direct to thank you page is not working, as the subscription still goes through. Will await reply to earlier post on this regard ??

    Hi there ??
I have attempted the emptying Cache suggestion for the ‘Redirect to thank you page’ post, however mine is still not working … any other suggestions?
    Much appreciated ??

    Hello,

I just tested your form using my personal email. I did get the confirmation email as you mentioned, but I was redirected to another URL “https://0.0.0.0/” which was showing the “This webpage is not available: ERR_ADDRESS_INVALID” error.

Can you please share screenshots of “MailChimp for WP” form settings page so we can take a look.

    Hey @kw227,

No worries. You can upload the screenshots to https://www.DropBox.com, https://jumpshare.com/ or similar other tools and then share the link here.

    Hey kw227,

Can you make sure the fields for a redirect link are empty if you don’t want to redirect subscribers? If you’ve added a zero to either of these fields (there are two instances, one in the general Forms page and one in your Edit Form screen) you might end up with an issue like this. Please let us know!

apologies for the delay screen shots can be found here: https://www.dropbox.com/sh/jbhjohnwn76p8fg/AAAc6Qittl1jgAd6i7IUZ_2aa?dl=0

I will remove the 0 on the Form Setting for redirect and update you ??
    Thanks for your help
