Unable to access Options>Permalinks in Admin

  • I am running v2.0 with Apache on a Win2003 box. I am able to access all menu items in the admin console apart from Options>Permalinks. The page loads part of the navigation and then stops. My Apache logs seem to indicate a 401 on that page but the entire folder is set to allow IUSR_MACHINENAME full control (this is a test machine).

    The page stops at include(‘admin-header.php’); in options-permalink.php. Does anyone know why? Is this a permissions issue?
