    1. Added the plugin to the WordPress site with WooCommerce.
    2. Connected the account to Constant Contact.
    3. Went to add the “Action Block” for “Woo” and I get this message:
Your Number One Source for Farm Toys
“Unable To Access Products: We couldn’t access your WooCommerce products at this time. Please close this message and try again.”

I tried this with multiple installations and multiple Constant Contact accounts. I’ve been adding products manually which is very painful. Please help.

Are these tasks that you’re doing in your WordPress admin or in your Constant Contact admin dashboard? Trying to make sure I’m picturing the correct areas.

The WordPress plugin side of things is pretty behind-the-scenes and ties in with the WooCommerce order process, outside of some amount of contact syncing and setting store information.

From within the Constant Contact interface this is what I was hoping to accomplish:

    Ah gotcha.

That would be more on the side of integration from constantcontact.com’s dashboard and email construction rather than this plugin specifically. Similar intents, but different places that everything is handled.

Have you reached out to support at https://community.constantcontact.com/help-center yet by chance? They should be able to more readily help with issues around what you’re seeing when trying to follow similar steps as what’s in the video.

Any changes or new developments here? or are you still seeking some extra guidance?

I chatted with someone on Constant Contact and this is what I received:
“It is actually a defect that is being tracked internally by us. Constant Contact is working on fixing this issue at the earliest. It is still being looked into by the backend team.”

    Very little hope.

    Here’s to hoping though!

    Thanks for the feedback.
