Upon activating the plugin I have access to the settings. I fill in the details – API Keys, Email address ect.

When I click “Save” I’m unable to re-access the settings so I cannot press the “Add this Email” button, or the “Activate” button.

If I remove the wp_options entry for the plugin I have access to the system again but as soon as I save I get stuck again.

Can I get the Json string with filled out variables / place-holders so I know what needs to be added to the DB.

    Hi Mike,

    Definitely something wrong here.
What do you mean by “unable to re-access the settings” ?

Is the link gone ? an error when clicking on the link ?
Do you get an error when saving ?

Any special character, a quote in what you enter in a setting field ?

I’d like to find out where’s the problem and correct it if it comes from the plugin.

    Sylvain,

The yellow bar still exists on all my admin pages – but when I click the link I get taken to a blank admin page showing only the yellow bar and the side-bar (Example: https://imgur.com/a/aCQCW )

I haven’t got any special characters in the settings. I’ve tried several times to recreate the problem. After I save my settings (Name, Email, API Key) then clicking ‘Add this email’ the screen refreshes and I get taken to the blank page – then I am unable to access the settings anymore – until I remove the record on the wp_options table.

Well, on the blank settings page, can you check the page source, and check your error_log as well ? you should have some php error displayed or logged somewhere.

Oh, btw, I suppose your host does support curl ?

I’m silly. I forgot to check the error logs.

I was working on a fresh install and I forgot to install curl. Once I installed that everything ran smoothly.

Very sorry to have wasted your time. Plugin works great ??

    Ok, great !

Glad to hear that. No harm done, thanks for the feedback !
