    still Same error

@sathi01 Could I please check who your hosting provider is? Do you have another hosting provider you could try this on? If not then no problem. It would also be helpful to know if this happens with a fresh WordPress install using the same host.

    Hosting provider – Bluehost
domain is old. I changed the hosting provider to bluehost roughly a month back. The website is newly installed.
I do not have any other hosting provider to try from.

@sathi01 Thanks for the information. I would like to make sure that your user role has the manage_options capability and all the web stories capabilities. Please could you try installing the members plugin to check the user role for your logged in account and please provide screenshots of the capabilities the user role has currently.

To do this go to Members > Roles and find the administrator role that your account has. Edit that role and go to General > Manage Options. Here you will see the list of capabilities. Please take a screenshot of this and share.

@sathi01 In the edit capabilities section do you have a Stories option along the left side menu? Like seen in this image.

No I can’t see Stories option in the menu

@sathi01 Thanks for confirming this. At this stage it’s looking like this is unlikely due to the Web Stories plugin which limits us in the support we can provide here. I would suggest at this stage to reach out to your site developer if you have one or your hosting provider who should be able to dig deeper into this for you and why this may be happening.

So this is due to hosting issue?

@sathi01 I cannot say for sure but it doesn’t appear to be an issue with the Web Stories plugin so reaching out to your hosting provider would be the next steps to take with this.

Just wanted to update you – I had my old website with same domain where the plugin was working perfectly. But for some reason, the website was deleted and installed and created from the beginning on the new server Bluehost. Post that I am facing this issue with Web Stories Plugin.

@sathi01 Was the old website that was deleted on a different hosting provider or was that also on Bluehost?

Was on different server initially later transferred it to bluehost. But started having error due to the database. Hence deleted the completed WordPress site and installed and designed again.

@sathi01 Can I ask if you have deactivated and deleted the the Web Stories plugin since you had your issues with your database and deleted/reconfigured?

If not then please could you please try this as this may have caused an issue in your database then deleting. Some Web Stories tables may have been wiped and as a result you are experience this issue.

Let me know how this goes.
