• I have installed “ROLE CAPABILITIES” plugin to create a “Support” role for a helpdesk user to logon and perform duties. I don’t want that person or team member to have any responsibilities other than editing pages, posts etc or resetting passwords.
    I can only see the Ticketing System link on the dashboard from an Administrator logon.
    How do I change this so the TD Ticketing system is available to the Support role and Administrator role only?
