Unable to access the: wp-admin/install.php link

After going through the one-click install process via DreamHost, I receive an email asking me to click on a link: https://www.mydomain.com/wp-admin/install.php
However, when I click that link I get a “Page Not Found”. Any ideas on what I’m doing wrong? Thanks!
