Unable to access themeone premium support

  • Apologies for raising this problem here as this forum is for modulobox but I have a premium support licence for themeone “the Grid” with 228 days of support left.

    My login details are not being accepted and I have tried several times to get an email to reset the password and nothing happens.

    Could you please give me some contact email so that I can get the issue resolved as I don’t want to think I have paid the license money for nothing?

    I’m sorry, that is unfortunate but the author cannot support you here. Nor can they even have this conversation with you here. They are not allowed to.

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
