Unable to access themeone premium support

Apologies for raising this problem here as this forum is for modulobox but I have a premium support licence for themeone “the Grid” with 228 days of support left.
My login details are not being accepted and I have tried several times to get an email to reset the password and nothing happens.
Could you please give me some contact email so that I can get the issue resolved as I don’t want to think I have paid the license money for nothing?
