Unable to access twitter feed for account – MyTwitter

I read the following forum: https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/156046
and I am having the same problem. They keep talking about making sure your “cache” folder is writable. Not sure how to do that? If anyone is having problems, please let me know.

Also, sometimes MyTwitter works, and sometimes it doesn’t. More doesn’t than does.

Please help.
