Unable to access up-admin page

  • I have recently been handed this website at kingkorean.com.
    However, the site looks messed up and I’m not sure how to fix this.
    I tried logging on at kingkorean.com/wp-admin but it doesn’t take me anywhere.
    I don’t know what the problem is and I don’t know how to fix it.
    This is my first time trying to do anything to a website so please help me.

  • What urls are in Settings -> General? When was this site moved to its current location?

    I can’t access the settings.
    I can’t even go to the admin log in page.

    Many hosts experienced problems due to mass attacks recently and temporarily disabled access to wp-admin and/or wp-login.php as a result. Your hosts may be one of them. Try contacting them about it.

    I’m not sure if that’s the same for my situation.
    When I try to log into kingkorean.com, it takes me to kingkorean.org/wp-admin

    Look at the hosting company website – we have no info about a particular hosting company.

    How should I contact them?
    Is there a phone number or email?

    www.ads-software.com distributes and documents the WordPress application but has no connection with any site running that software. You need to contact the site owners and find out where the site is being hosted. That’s not something we can really help you with.

    This time, I went to kingkorean.com/wp-admin and it’s just a blank white page. Is that still the same problem or is that something else that I can fix?
