Unable to access website and their admin area

Hello,

I am facing many issues with my website:

1. I have installed this plugin and when open I Enable troubleshoot mode they showing me error on all of the theme and plugin such as “When enabling the plugin, PLUGIN NAME, a site faiThe site is experiencing technical difficulties. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.lure occurred. Because of this the change was automatically reverted.” and this error showing me when I have tried to enable one by one plugin and themes.

2. After the Enable troubleshoots mode they showing few of plugin enable the option and unable to get change theme option directly to the Appearance >> Theme. continuously default theme showing me.

3. After that, when I click on the disable troubleshoot mode then I am unable to access my website and the admin panel too. The error occurs such as “The site is experiencing technical difficulties. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.” Even I have deleted this plugin directly to the file manager but still, the problem is not solved.

These problems occurred an after the update WordPress 5.2.2. might be they have there some new rules. they detect automatically issues. Even also unable to update the plugin. when I have manually change the plugin folder then now able to access properly by a file manager. But still a few plugins, not able to install and update, there are showing plugin update failed.
