Unable to access wp-plugins in dashboard

Getting an error and I’m unable to access my plugins menu (plugins.php) in the wp dashboard when I’m trying to activate the site reviews plugin. It’s an updated version as well. The screenshot is attached for reference: https://imgur.com/a/XQ5jwIq

This problem is being caused by the FlyWheel Migrations plugin which shares a code-base with the WP Engine Automated Migration since they are both developed by the same developer. Both of these plugins contain a serious bug which breaks the WordPress > Site Health > Info page.
The solution is to deactivate the FlyWheel Migrations plugin.
The reason why your website breaks when Site Reviews is activated is because Site Reviews accesses (read-only) the WordPress debug information and caches it in order to get values for the System Info page. The plugins mentioned above break the debug information, so when a plugin like Site Reviews tries to access it, it throws an error.
You can verify that this bug is not actually being caused by Site Reviews (but instead is affected by it) by going to the WordPress Admin > Site Health > Info page where you will find an empty page instead of the debug information that is supposed to be there.
