Unable to access wpconfig file. Please check if WordPress is installed on the de

  • Hello There
    I want to migrate from my server installed in a droplet to hosting provider
    This hosting have installed cpanel running wordpress
    I tried with cpanel sftp and ftps migration but it’s working
    I recieve always this message:
    Unable to access wpconfig file. Please check if WordPress is installed on the destination address. Also, check if you have permission to access the folder.

    now I have this message
    “Something went wrong. Please contact us or try again later.”

    Now it’s working
    For your information I reinstall the wordpress in the directory
