    Hello,
I am having problems with the configuration of Wordfence with Quic.Cloud. I have an alert from Wordfence: “Unable to accurately detect IPs”
However, I followed the instructions given on Quic.Cloud. In the Wordfence options, I configured as follows:
“Trusted Proxy Preset” is on “Quic.Cloud”
“How does Wordfence get IPs” the parameter is on “Use the X-Forwarded-For HTTP header”
However, I still have the alert message: “Unable to accurately detect IPs”
Please could you help me to configure Wordfence + Quic.Cloud correctly?
    Thank you in advance.

Hi @spig707, thanks for your message.

As you’ve already set the trusted proxies and IP detection according to our documentation, I think it’d be worth sending a diagnostic over to us. If we see that there’s no visitor IP being passed by your host for any of the options, they may have to intervene – but it could be another issue.

Visit the Wordfence > Tools > Diagnostics page. You can send the output to us at wftest @ wordfence . com. Click on “Send Report by Email”. Please add your forum username where indicated and respond here after you have sent it.

NOTE:?It should look as follows – Screenshot of?Tools > Diagnostic > Send by Email

    Thanks,
    Peter.
