Unable to activate 2FA

    My WordPress/WooCommerce site is fully up to date as of 11/10/21 and I attempted to activate 2FA for the site’s one administrator account but it is not behaving as expected.

    Using Authy on iPhone with iOS 15.0
    Scanned Wordfence QR code for admin user
    User correctly shows in Authy and tokens are generated
    On PC, logged in as admin in new, private browsing window
    No prompt for token, login successful
    In Wordfence user summary, I see one inactive 2FA user (the admin) with a locked out status
    Login from private browsing window still works without issue

    Before I start removing other plugins that have value to me, what might I be missing here? My expectation is that my admin login attempts would prompt for a token and that, if locked out, my admin login would not be possible.
